    How do I sign up as an affiliate?
    Simply visit our registration page and complete all your details. Once approved you will receive a welcome mailer with access details to the affiliate site so you can start promoting.

    Can I open up a Centrebet account using my affiliate tracking links?
    NO. It is against our terms and conditions for you, your family members; friends and associates to use your tracking links to open a Centrebet account.

    Can I register more than one website?
    Yes. You can have as many additional sites under one affiliate account as you like. You can create links and generate reports for each individual site, but still only receive one commission payment each month, covering all of your sites. You can set up additional links within your affiliate account once you log in.

    Are there any fees or hidden costs associated with joining the programme?
    No, absolutely not. It is free to sign up, free to promote and free to use our standard promotional materials.

    What do I have to do once I register with your programme?
    Our staff reviews each and every affiliate application. Upon approval, you can get started by using the banner manager to create and place links on your websites. We take care of everything else for you!

    How do I know how much money am I making?
    We provide online statistics for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Log in with your username and password to our secure affiliate stats interface page to see how much you've earned along with other relevant stats.

    I have checked the online stats for a while, but they haven't changed.
    The database serving the online stats interface is updated once every 24 hours. Please log back into your account at an appropriate time to check the latest stats.

    What is the percentage of profit that I get paid and how are my earnings calculated?
    Affiliates will be paid at 30% of the Customer Net Revenue over $1.00, and this is calculated monthly to determine your monthly earnings.

    When do I get paid?
    We pay our affiliates on the 20th working day of every month. Our minimum payout amount is $75 for all Payment methods. Should you not reach this level within that month we will simply carry your earnings forward to the next month until you reach the minimum payout amount.

    How do I get Paid?
    Affiliates can select from the following payment options:
    • Centrebet Player account
    • EFT/Wire Transfer
    • Neteller
    • Moneybookers

    What do I have to do to continue to earn revenue?
    You are required to refer no less than 4 new depositing players in any rolling 12-month period. You are also required to promote Centrebet on your website and maintain a reasonable level of coverage of Centrebet on your website throughout the term of this agreement. Removal of Centrebet promotional material from your website will signify your immediate termination as a Centrebet Partner.

    How do you track the customers that I refer?
    The banners and other promotional material that you download from our banner manager on our affiliate web site are embedded with your personal affiliate tracking code. Centrebet Affiliates makes use of cookie tracking for all purposes. When players you refer visit any one of our product websites for the first time, this cookie is then set by the tracking software and lasts for 30 days.

    Where should I place these banners and tracking codes?
    Ideally, you should place links in areas where they are easy for your visitors to see. These areas include your homepage, navigation bar and any other high traffic areas. By placing links in these areas, your visitors are more likely to see them and click through to our products.

    Where are the banners hosted?
    We host and serve all banners and links at Centrebetaffiliates.com. This allows us to manage our promotions and make sure you are always displaying the most up to date banners available. The advantage is that you won't have to change your banners every time a promotion changes, we'll do it for you.

    How safe and secure is information with Centrebet?
    Our software uses 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Digital Encryption to protect the details of all transactions over the Internet. This is the Internet security standard for online transactions as demanded by all major financial institutions and online vendors.

    Do you Restrict Any Countries or Territories?
    Centrebet no longer promotes outside of Australia and New Zealand. As a result we no longer allow players from outside of these countries to register at Centrebet.

    Is my site acceptable?
    We reserve the right to exclude any site from participating in our affiliate program. Sites which are aimed at minors, promote violence, illegal activities, pornography or any other content that we believe to be undesirable will be excluded from participation.

    Anti Spam Policy
    We do not endorse or condone spamming, as this negatively affects perception of our products and services. Affiliates guilty of spamming will have their accounts locked until further investigation. All affiliates are required to sign our no-spam warrantee as part of the sign up process, in which they undertake not to send unsolicited mail.
